Ok... I was thinking that the Army could allow people to join and leave

By doing like /givevp which allows people to enter the Naval Base without getting wanted

Then /takevp when they are no longer welcomed and as soon as they leave the gates it expires

Usually freeminds and noobs are the ones entering the base Razz

Noobs want to jack the hunters/hydras/tanks and are usually very disappointed after noticing they cant and they just got killed by the nearest army officer. Freeminds come in to "Take over the army base" which means armyhunting and spawnkilling complete with feeling of power.

If you lock a vehicle, then get out. It will say "Vehicle Unlocked"
