ok, i am kinda of tired of having to swim across the ocean/using focus to jump over the border.

I was thinking maybe you could have Passports

The place to get it is like at the Airports or PD Station or SF City Hall/LV City Hall (being a one time deal like a license)

Also put a Checkpoint in front of the of Border or having Checkpoints at the Airports to tele you from Airport to Airport (or just fly )

Also you could have some sort of Test like for the license to take.



P.S: i am pretty sure there is already a suggestion like this but i was too lazy to check :]

few things added..kinda lol:

to get passports we would need to go to SF City Hall and buy one for 999,999$ (it's worth it...) but if you are wanted you cant buy one,also if you have been arrested recently you cannot buy one.

if you are havin even 1 star you cannot pass through.

also,if you have been arrested recently,you cannot pass through,until theres SFBP on which would let you through.
OR
If you get arrested,with passport,you lose it for some amount of time,like,300 seconds(after you got released from prison/jail) then you have to go to City Hall again and pay fine of 100,000$ then you get it back.

^Thats what Im talking about. Passports can't be too easy, otherwise well have you citizens running around all the 3 states and you're harder to control
