If Jason put like have to got 500 score at SWAT and u need to apply for it and Black Police Maverick is only for SWAT i mean at nobody else than SWAT can use it so I think at more than 500 score use thath only for DMing?
E: Who got SWAT permission and then he DM everbody with PoliceMaverick????

Do u think at who got 500+ score and he gonna dm with policemaverick? I think who got 500+ score is wise and know rules not gonna dm with policemaverick what got rocket launcher..

The Agent will order the Commander or the highest rank Online in SWAT , and the Commander or whoever is biggest will order he's Squad ( after making a plan ) . Thats what's all about: tactics.
