Ok look, I am going to be taking a lot of the good ideas I have seen and putting them in this post.

Suggestion:
- Add more /jackout Payphones
- Add /jackout Hardlines inside Buildings/Houses
- Add a new Command for Operator to /activate #
- Add a new Command for Agent/Smith to temporarily /disable the /jackout Payphones and Hardlines
Explanation:
- By adding more /jackout Payphones and Hardlines I think it will add more to the Matrix theme, just as in the movies. But to balance it out I suggest have only 2 /jackouts accessible at all times, and have several more phones that only an Operator can activate. Hardlines can be phones inside buildings too, since alot of the building's Interiors are all the same one, just Adding a few hardline phones can work out to seem like alot more.
How it would work (FMs/Neo/Operators):
A FM would /reqjackout to an Operator, and the Operator would then have to /watch (player) , at that time, a Destination Marker would appear on the player's map, directing them to the nearest Payphone/Hardline that can be /activated. When the player reaches the phone, they have to stand right in front of it so that the /view ing Operator can activate it for use. (Maybe you can use the same system of how the temporary admin house keys work) JUST LIKE IN THE MOVIE!
How it would work (Agents/Smiths):
A bit more simple, but effective and would balance the above's advantages.
Agents/Smiths would be able to temporarily /disable the Phones in their view(player123062's idea) maybe by shooting it!
Since alot of the buildings' interiors are the same one, Agents/Smiths can enter from different areas, making it appear that they ARE EVERYWHERE AHHHHHHHHHH! I think it would be really cool!
And it would be a cool way to encourage players to interact and RP with each other!

Must have a command to do so though, and it could be abused easy, so maybe only some cops can do it, like SAHP only. And you could drive to the LV city hall and pay a fine to get it back.

Suggestion: Create more uses for money
Details: Money....What is it good for? Sure, we can buy a few weapons, drugs and cars, and the new addition of Hunting/Fishing equipment is great! But those things are relatively cheap compared to how easy it is to get a few $100k really fast from a few robberies. I have millions sitting i my bank but there's nothing I can really spend it on, or look forward to saving for.
So here's my ideas:
- Remove the Good motorcycles and really good cars, like the Infernus or Cheetah etc.. and make them obtainable ONLY by buying them at car shops like Wangs
- Add a Special Weapons shop (maybe black market and police armory) that would sell weapons such as Melee weapons like swords, and knives, bats etc...
- And if not too extreme, High Grade weapons such as Grenades, Flamethrowers,Molotovs and Rocket lAunchers but for incredibly high prices such as, 1 Grenade would cost $1million bucks , or for a Rocketlauncher is $2m, and $1m per rocket, that way they wouldnt be overused and purchased more towards the RP part of the game (maybe this shop could be available to donators only)
Not so sure about this.... But other things are good.
- Add some purchasable businesses that would reset once a player logs out
- Add more types of Drugs with varying effects
- Stuff like that, so the server will be more RP like and people have more of a reason to try to earn money
One last idea, if you could somehow make our Total Cash amount visible to other players, that would be really great! Kinda like showing highscores but in cash.
Maybe in a command, like /citycash. Or maybe you could access that though a City hall/Bank
Here my idea, add some of this stuff (i like the businesses and the take the cars off the street) and lower the money by A LOT that you get from robs, make /rob ID much much harder to do, or only make a certain max amount. I think all robs should be a max of 500 bucks, and the bank/atm/casinos can be up to 5000. Make robbery's more likely to fail with low rob skill, and if you fail a rob, you get 15 wanted level and you can not rob that store again until you die. Make more jobs, such as a few office jobs, and possibly make a fishing/hunting level, and make fish/hunted animals sell-able. If you have a low hunting/fishing level the stuff you sell sells for much less.

I don't think should this be in the bug reports or here, but the army tank is laughably weak, you can destroy one with a round of m4. They should be armored vehicles like the ones the cops have. Also the army patriot could be a bit more sturdy, its maybe not a wholely armored vehicle, but its still supposed to be a sturdy transport for harsher conditions, they are kind of weak too.
Also I ask for an answer to a problem. WHen you are driving a tank, and you stop a suspect on foot and /su him, they usually surrender and just stand there. People never surrender to anything else than the armored and firepowered vehicles. When they have surrendered, you can do nothing, best you could do is to ask one of your army buddies to get a patriot to arrest him. But if you get out of the tank yourself, the surrendered person usually superpunches you (if hes a freemind) or just shoots you and tries to escape. If you cuff him you still have to go and fetch a patriot for the arrest and in the time, he can escape his cuffs. So, generally surrender is just used to fuck with the army

There should be a checkpoint at the SF new place that news can enter, when inside, there could be a camera set up, in some places around SA, at TVS or at public places, someone can use /watchtv and they will have there camera position set to the news room.

News ranks, the first rank is a news editor, they can only use /reportnews, and must stay in the news room, they can get score by using /reportnews, but they can only use /reportnews if a crime has been committed recently.
Rank 2 is a Field reporter, they can use /reportnews and follow pepole in a news van, they can get score from /reportnews and from being near a crime.
Rank 3 is a head field reporter, they can get score from /reportnews being near a crime, and can use the news heli.
Rank 4 is a show host, they can host shows that they can start by /startshow [name] then they can do /showreport and it will show the name instead of "SA NEWS" They get 5 score for every 30 minutes that they are doing a show, the show is called off if the host doesn't use /showreport at least every 2 minutes.
Rank 5 Is a channel owner, they can own a tv channel, they get score if a lower news person reports news.

Make the courthouse enter-able, and add a new class called "Law Class" When the law class spawns he can choose to be a lawyer a judge or a jury member.
If a criminal went to prison they can choose to go to court if a lawyer a judge and a jury member is all on. If the lawyer and convince the jury and the judge to let the prisoner go, then the prisoner gets let out.
