Added- ambulance's at hospital
Removed - safe island
fixed cop car spam
fixed tazed timer and message
fixed fishing area bug
fixed only police can /steakout and must be in a car
fixed /offduty bugs
fixed rogue program issues
added 7 meters on /givenos
removed /concentrate
