Finally, its done. Read the post in the "News" section for testing. Everyone is welcome.

Here is the list of things added/changed/removed. Note, some new things may not be listed

Changed - Restricted most common police classes (apply for division on forums)
Changed - Raised police payday
Changed - Must apply in General cops on forums to be ANY cop, first.
Added - Mafia class/skill Official Group - owner P_ROC - Restricted to app
Mafia can /capture and /setbombs on people and on the ground
(/setbombs are currently not working, wait for a patch-in)
Added - /offduty for Police. You are not able to /pu or /ar or anything. And you must obey cops that are ON duty, timer set.
Added - /steakout -For cops - Makes your player white while you steak out a place
Added - Display message when someone uses the police transfer
Fixed - Courthouse issues (released/warrants)
Fixed - Spam /free
Added - Some auto admin messages (Not done, wait for patch-in)
Added - Animation for /radaron when your on foot (radargun) (Not done)


Added - Official police teams, must use tags in-game, after your application is accepted. DO NOT JOIN WITH A POLICE TAG WITHOUT BEING ACCEPTED FIRST !!

(LVPD)-Marharth-Owner-Ranks done by him
(LSPD)-Revenger-Owner-Ranks done by him

SFPD- San Fierro Police Department
LVPD-Las Venturas Police Department

SAHP- San Andreas Highway Patrol (AKA State Trooper)

Added- Tolls and gates on command for Border Patrol members.
Only SFBP Can open gates using /opengate1 /closegate1 /opengate2 /closegate2

gate 1 is main bridge by SFPD
gate 2 is other bridge at north west SF

Removed - k9 Police, (all cops have k-9's)

Added - Sporting Goods store at South SF Beach
buy fishing poles, worms, lures, and hunting rifles. Also robbable.

Added /fish - Must have a fishing rod and worms/lure
You can only fish off the west coast of SF Beach

Added /hunt - Can only hunt by Mt. Chilliad. Can only use rifle or sniper rifle.

How can you take /steakout off?

It won't go off via moving around so what do you do?

/steakout suggests your "steaking out" an area. Park the car and type it. Oncoming drivers wont know your a cop..

One more question, what is the point of hunting and fishing?

Hunting and fishing is for RP reasons. To make it more real.

In the movie the Merovingian's mafia were not unaware. If they were how could they capture the Keymaker much less know about him?

The keymaker is just another creep off the street to them? Hes a program but you can't see it from the outside :V
Edit: well yeah I admit, the merovingians men were freeminds or rogue programs in the movie.

Good Update

I was playing yesterday, and I don't know if it has to do with the new updates but my game kept crashing. I never crashed on the old versions.
