| You must get img tool, open your gta3.img with img tool in your models folder in san andreas folder and then replace the models in the gta3 img file with your mod files using img tool.

| bump it says to download some nub microsoft it cost 60-70 mb ...
i really dont wanna download it and i cant run the sami if i dont download it ...

it is success and but there is a problem
with skyline
when i try to uprade at arch it keeps crashing and said error...
