GTA itself started back in 1997. It was just called "Grand Theft Auto". It got Platinum on PS1 (And more)(Old shit), and sold 1 million samples. It was realy based on the film "Taxi Driver".
Back then, it was good. But now its old...
Then came GTA: London, 1961 and 1969, both released in 1999 to PS1 (And more). It strangly enough required the first GTA to run it...
That was the first era of GTA.

Then came GTA 2. It had a kind of good gameplay feeling, back then. It was kinda 3D but it felt like 2D. It was the last GTA to be released to PS1, and thank god for that!
GTA 2 had its own era, and it was the second era in GTA History.

Then came the revolution in game history... GTA 3 was released in 2001 for PS2. It was great game for the PS2, and a revolution in gameing history. It was completely in 3D, and the feel was great too. It won the Greatest Hits / Platinum prize for selling over 15 million samples!
Then in 2002, Rockstars released GTA Vice City, another great game! It had a kinda retro feeling, but still cool. It also won the Greatest Hits / Platinum prize for PS2.
Then i 2004, Rockstars had a setback with the GTA Advance to GBA in 2004... It had NO cut sceens or peds talking...
Its like a game you whould have on your phone.
But the same year, they released a game that shocked the whole world! GTA SA! Its so famous, people does still buy it TODAY! It was rated my IGN 9.9 of 10! A brilliant game! The feeling was great! Most of you mabey thinks it realy boring or something, but it 2004, it was the best game ever, and sold 33 MILLION samples!
The hot coffe mod was in the very first GTA SA version, but got recalled and re-leased by Rockstar.
Then came GTA Liberty City and Vice City stories.

Allmost every game in this 3 era got the Greatest Hits / Platinum prize, except the GT Advance game.

Then came the most selling game EVER! And another revolution in game history! GTA IV!
Its is only game that was rated 10 out of 10 from IGN AND GAMESPOT!
Then came GTA IV: Lost and Damned and The ballad of Gay Tony.
Then came Chinatown wars, nothing to say about that.
Then the GTA IV: Liberty City Stories came.

Now I wonder if theirs going to make GTA: San Andreas stories in GTA IV style?
It could be realy good... Like CJ retired, survived the gang wars, but gets in trouble with cops, and have to move to LC and regroup gangs and old known people... He owns the Caligulas, but its just filled with drunks...
SA is geting invaded with politics and mordern things. Rich men wants to buy the whole SA... But not aslong as CJ is alive!
The SA is not like before... No drivebys... No robs... No gangs... San Andreas was cleaned... But then hell broke lose!
CJ has to complete missions for business men and others with a hard time...


I mean, Rockstars said the GTA history has left Liberty City, and Vice City is already used twice, so what about SA?

I played the GTA 1, GTA 2, GTA VC, GTA SA, GTA LCS, GTA VCS, and GTA 4.

It needs some years to make San Andreas in GTA 4 style.

There is mod for GTA 4 at GTA 4 is GTA SA but I don't think so at Rockstar make new SA at beter graphics with same missions beter make new SA with different chars and missions

Edit: Rockstar should do SA at when u start game u are rich man with other stuffs and then u make u own mafia/gang and something else

If anyone has ever played GTA VCS you would know what I mean better....

I think you should be a government agent that got kicked out of the agency.

It should be kinda like the GTA VCS story line.

You would start in LV and stuff :p

The new main city should be LV.

There should be a GTA:SAS in year 2011. The characters: almost all GTA version protagonists. And the GTA:San Andreas Storeys protagonist should be some kinda white/black american, who just came from New York

No more GTAs set in Liberty City ever now. Next game's either gonna be in Vice City, San Andreas or a new location.

Its not GTA IV: Liberty City Storesm its Stories from Liberty City. Which are like spinoffs of GTA IV itself. And Rockstar should make GTA SAS or something because theres 2 games for VC, like 7 for LC and only 1 for SA.
Maybe SAS should be like a few years before CJ left.

Ya it is nice to know there is no more LC.

Roman is propably going to do atleast a cameo in the next GTA... Maybe they bring some other old characters back too. I would not be suprised if in a GTA set in San Andreas the protagonist would meet/kill/ally with characters like Woozie and CJ. There are so many characters in GTA world and almost all of them have some kind of backstory.

Think about it, SA was in 1992. I guess woozie is around 30. If rockstar did a game with him in it, he would be like 50. Think about tommy vercetti. 1986 he was around 30. If he was in a new game he probably would be like 50 - 60. Thats old for a gta main character. Maybe someone could have a cameo and get shot.

Its cool to see all GTA characters in one game.

I would laugh my ass off if they had a Mad Dogg cameo and he got shot.
