Yes Dawkness, it is, its the Lost Pueblo, ruined indian village. Theres signs on the highway showing you there. It is a tourist site.

Edit: Also in GTA you find katanas from behind dumpsters and sub machine guns on roofs.

Basically,the so known 'touris attraction' is just a hide of Al Quaida or however u spell it.
